SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays & Saturdays.

​

If a package is returned to The Mineral Room due to the customer providing an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. If the customer chooses to not have the package reshipped, then they will be granted a store credit rather than a refund. 

​

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, many packages are arriving to their destination later than expected. We thank you for being patient. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if an item has arrived damaged, we will gladly send a replacement if available, or grant a store credit equal to the value of the item(s).

If item(s) arrive damaged, contact us by email within one day of delivery. Please include purchasers name, order number, written details of the damages as well as photos.

 

Further instructions will be provided within 48 hours after receiving email.
